About Us

Talking about art and the creative life, and sharing with others either in-person,  in groups, or even online is how we build community in art. There are so many talented and active artists, performers, writers, and other creatives in this place we call home!  Yet, to many creative people, the Fort Collins' arts community feels disjointed.

Art residencies are abundant in the United States and internationally. Many artists want to do one, even put it on their goals list for the year, but actually doing one takes a lot of thought and consideration.

We know all-too-well the excuses artists make for not doing what they are called to do--we have heard (and said) them! See if any of these other statements sound familiar.

We love art history, and any sort of unique spin on art, such as the art that makes you lol--or even better, comedic art that makes you see things with new eyes--is some of our favorite conversation fodder.

There is so much art! And sometimes... well, you don't get it. You might even say you don't "like" something! But developing an appreciation for art of all kinds adds so much richness to life.
