Your event is ~2 hours or less and you get the studio for 4 hours (to allow for set-up and clean-up). You and your audience have full access to the space for the entire time. Total capacity with chairs is 30. 

Parking must be managed, either by your or by us (for an additional fee).  Food and drinks can be brought by you, or provided as part of your package.

To rent the studio for a creative event or meeting starts at $75, plus a $100 cleaning/damages deposit.  Please see our pricing page for more information and learn what is included.

There are many ways in which Kestrel Fields Studio could be used for non-creative activities, so think of it as a blank space with an amazing view for you to use to move a project forward. Fast Wifi, a whiteboard, tables, chairs, catering, and a projector can be provided. 

Kestrel Fields Studio was designed as a creative space for our northern Colorado community. Non-creative individuals and groups are absolutely welcome, but charged at a higher rate, starting at $300. Please see our pricing page for more information and learn what is included.
